Filming scedule and set...

Some group are having problems with filming as the actors they cast aren't available at the same times. My piece works well for filming as I won't have the problem of not being able to film if one of the cast doesn't show up. There is only one short clip where all the actors are needed and it only shows the shoes of the characters meaning I can have people step in at the last minute. All the other clips are inidivual shots.
I plan to use two cameras to make the editing sleeker as I will have two angles to cut between. One will be a straight-on between a long shot and a medium shot and the other will be a quirky angled close-up.
To create a realistic school photo day scene I'm using a photoback drop screen with a photography flash light umbrella next to it. The light isn't positioned the way it would be for an actual photoshoot as it will be next to the screen and facing the wrong way, but as the programme is targeted at children who don't specialise in media, it's simply there to add verisimilitude.
After filming each actor, I want to also do a real photoshoot for the yearbook style page at the end of the video. This means changing the lights around and the position of the umbrella light which may cause a problem when we change them back if they are different.
