Designing The Magazine- Characters

Now that I have created the banner, that will be the background for my character cut outs I am now going to insert each of my characters on to my magazines front cover. However before I can do this I need to carefully cut out each of my characters. To do this I will use my "quick selection" tool.

I have now cut ot each of my characters and am therefore now ready to place each of them inside my banner. However first I need to ensure they are all of an equal size. Therefore I will select the Image option on the top menu>Image> size>
and I will change each of my characters width and height dimensions so that the height is always 3508 and the width is always 2480.

Now that I have cut out all of my characters and have resized them so that they are all the same size, I have poistioned them inside the banner. I have found I have had to do a lot of aligning and adjusting in regards to bring particular characters in front of others, in order for my banner images to look professional.

After trying different characters in several different places I have finally found a fixed position that I like. What I really like about my banner is the colleague like effect, the cut out oerlapping characters create. I also think that having all of the characters on the front cover makes my front cover much more interseting as well extremely versatile for an
audience.
